An award winning Banker, Management Consultant and Chartered Accountant, Sir Abugu was a pioneer staff member of the now hugely successful Zenith Bank Plc when it stormed the Nigerian banking scene in the 1990’s. He rose to the level of Executive Director at Bank PHB Plc after occupying and discharging creditably other management positions in Zenith Bank. Driven by a desire to give vent to his entrepreneurial promptings, he resigned his appointment as Executive Director with Bank PHB with effect from December 1, 2008 and thereafter founded the Present Value Group-a diversified indigenous and multi-sector group with interests in Oil and Gas (Downstream), Real Estate and Financial consultancy.

His experiences in the Energy Bank (Oil and Gas Department), Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking are invaluable assets which have come in handy in driving the operations of OPESEL.

He holds the affiliations of many professional bodies such as The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT) and Fellowship of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is also an alumnus of Ivy League Business Schools such as Wharton Business School of The University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA, Institute of Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland and the local but prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS) ,Lagos, Nigeria.

He is married to Lady Clara Abugu and they are blessed with children.

A Materials and Production graduate from Ambrose Alli University. He is a Procurement and Engineering professional with vast years of experience in Supply Chain Management. He has successfully executed and managed the procurement of equipments, machinery, and engineering tools required for Oil & Gas operations and projects.
Kester Amhande has worked as a warehouse assistant in Life flour Mill Company. He has also worked with ESU VENTURES LIMITED where he rose from procurement officer level to lead procurement specialist. He is a registered and certified member of the Procurement Professionals of Nigeria (PPN), Contracts & Procurement Professionals of Nigeria (CPPN), Strategic Sourcing & Procurement professionals (SSPP), SAP procurement & Materials Management (SPMM) and National institute of Safety professionals.

Chinedu Njoku is a procurement officer with a strong background in engineering, holding a bachelor's and master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering respectively, both from the University of Lagos.

A key member of the operations of OPESEL, Chinedu has ample experience in procurement activities in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, which he utilizes to facilitate the execution and delivery of quality procurement services to our esteemed clients through efficient coordination of the supply chain. He has participated in various workshops, trainings and seminars designed for best practice achievement in Supply Chain Management in the oil and gas sector.
Chinedu is a dynamic, goal-driven and determined individual with a strong commitment to providing value. 

Japhet Ogbonna, is a B.Sc. Holder in Accounting, Second class upper division obtained from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. He takes charge of the company’s accounts and overall administrative duties. Prior to joining Orbital Proconsult Engineering Services Ltd, Japhet worked as an Executive Marketer with Standard Alliance Life Assurance Ltd in Victoria Island, Lagos. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM) and a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is a hardworking staff with proven level of loyalty and strong dedication to work and achievement of results.
